LONDON, October 2012
LEASING FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES FOUNDING FELLOWS

The Leasing Foundation is pleased to announce the names of the Founding Fellows, a group of exceptional individuals who will lead the Foundation’s Fellowship. They are: Chris Cooper, Adrian Leach, Patrick Gouin, Charles Maddren, Sharon Butler, Paul Bartley, Lindsay Town, Joanne Davis, Peter Hunt, Christian Roelofs, Peter McDonnell and Roger Skinner.

Foundation Director Professor Peter Thomas says “Our Founding Fellows are the core of the Leasing Foundation Fellowship – a group of exceptional individuals from across the industry, and the lifeblood of the Leasing Foundation. Their role is to encourage, start and sustain meaningful, relevant and timely conversations around key issues in the industry, and bring their expertise and knowledge to bear to help the Foundation achieve its mission of creating rigorous, challenging and relevant research”.

Notes
The mission of the Leasing Foundation is to support the leasing and asset finance industry by providing focus and organisation for charitable activities, by performing rigorous, challenging and relevant research in areas that impact the industry and its future, and by seeking opportunities to sustain the industry by developing people in the industry. The Foundation is not a lobbying body or a trade association.

Programmes include: LFGiving, events that donate to a range of charities; LFResearch, an annual independent research report shared across the industry; LFWomen in Leasing, to bring together and encourage the development of women in the industry; LFFuture Leaders, to develop the new entrants to the industry; and The Leasing Fellows, an invitation-only community of the leading thinkers in leasing and asset finance.
