Mary McNamara appointed as first Chair of Governors

The Leasing Foundation has appointed Andrew Denton (CHP Consulting) as its first CEO and Mary McNamara (Close Brothers) as Chair of Governors. Professor Peter Thomas will become the Foundation’s COO.

Andrew Denton says: “These appointments are intended to ensure that the Foundation’s growth is managed effectively. We’re particularly delighted that Mary has committed to help the Foundation build its portfolio of new and challenging activities”.

Peter Thomas notes: “The momentum we have gained through the support of our Governors and Fellows is exceptional as we continue to build the Foundation. This year will see our projects around giving, education and research move forward as we engage with more people and organisations who want to see change and development for the industry”.
