Across the UK, suicide remains the leading cause of death for men under 50, yet many still struggle to speak openly about their mental health. While men and women face different pressures in life, the stigma around male vulnerability means too many suffer in silence. This session aims to open up that conversation and explore how we can better support one another – as colleagues, friends and family.
This event is open to everyone – not just men – and will provide a safe, honest space to listen, learn and share.
