Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Initiative.
A network built to encompass all walks of life in the industry.
What does the EDI Initiative do?
The Leasing Foundation’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Initiative encompasses sexual orientation, gender, race and ethnicity, mental health, disability and age.
We help companies in the business finance industry understand the business benefits of building inclusive leadership, management, organisations and teams.
The initiative also helps those businesses embed inclusion and diversity into hiring, performance and succession management, leadership development and learning.
Every year, the group hosts a number of events for those working in the finance industry, with previous events focusing on things like inclusion and unconscious bias.
If you’d like to speak to members of the EDI Initiative, you can join our LinkedIn group or email hello@leasingfoundation.org
