The Leasing Foundation unveils the 2024 30 under 30: rising stars in asset finance

The Leasing Foundation has announced its 2024 30 under 30 index.  Now in its fourth year, this initiative celebrates exceptional young talent in the asset finance sector, showcasing their achievements and rewarding their passion, creativity and innovation.

Supported by Asset Finance Connect and sponsored by Acquis, this annual index shines a spotlight on the most innovative and inspiring leaders under 30 in the industry. Representing 30 different lenders and service providers, these individuals are not just contributing to the sector – they are driving change. Many are combining a commitment to business growth with fresh approaches that are shaping the future of asset finance.

The 2024 rising stars were officially recognised at the Asset Finance Connect autumn conference on 26 November.

Nathan Mollett, non-exec director of the Leasing Foundation and head of asset finance at United Trust Bank, said: “Each year our 30 Under 30 index highlights the talent that will define the future of asset finance. This year’s cohort is exceptional, with their ambition, vision and innovation. They bring the diversity, energy and talent we need to move the industry forward. We’re delighted to celebrate their achievements and can’t wait to see what they do next. Congratulations to each and every one in our 2024 cohort!”
