Sign up, meet someone new and help us mark World Inclusion Day
Connect Roulette is returning for 2026 bringing people from across the asset finance industry together to mark World Inclusion Day on 10 October.
Since its launch, more than 600 people have taken part in Connect Roulette, making new contacts with people they might never otherwise have met.
The idea couldn’t be much simpler. Sign up and we’ll pair you with someone from a different organisation for a 30-minute conversation. You can meet online or in person and what happens after that first introduction is entirely up to you.
You may meet someone from a different part of the industry, someone at another stage in their career or someone with a very different set of skills and experiences. That conversation could lead to a useful new contact, a mentor or reverse mentor, someone to swap ideas with or simply the chance to learn a little more about another person in our sector.
Why join Connect Roulette?
Connect Roulette is open to people from across the asset finance industry from those just starting their careers to people who have worked in the sector for many years.
It’s a chance to meet someone outside your usual circle, build your network and hear a different point of view. It’s also a very simple way to play your part in making our industry better connected and more inclusive.
There is no set agenda for your meeting. We’ll give you some suggested topics to help get the conversation started, then it’s over to you.
How it works
- Sign up: Register your details by Thursday 8 October
- Get matched: We’ll pair you with someone from another organisation and introduce you by email on Monday 12 October.
- Connect: Arrange your 30-minute conversation at a time that works for you. Meet online, grab a coffee or arrange to meet at a later date – the choice is yours.
Help us support Coach Core
Connect Roulette is free to join. If you’re able to contribute, we suggest a £5 donation from you or your business, with all funds going to our charity partner Coach Core.
Coach Core uses sport and apprenticeships to support young people who may face barriers, discrimination or a lack of opportunity.
Please tell your colleagues about Connect Roulette too. The more people who take part, the more new connections we can make across our industry.
Please note: To avoid potential conflicts of interest, we ask those working within recruitment agencies not to take part.
We look forward to connecting you!
