On 10 October, The Leasing Foundation is hosting a session on gratitude – as part of a four part series looking at the positive impact certain things have on our mental health. ‘Kindness’ and ‘mindfulness’ were covered recently and we still have ‘connection’ to come.
Expressing gratitude can improve your mood and helps people feel more positive emotions, relish good experiences, improve their heath, deal with adversity, and build strong relationships (Harvard Medical School). The Gratitude Project explores how the science of thankfulness can rewire our brains for resilience, optimism and the greater good. Join us to explore this topic further.
The session will take place in conjunction with the Finance & Leasing Association.
