National Access Day, celebrated every two years on 16 March, is a vital initiative dedicated to raising awareness of accessibility and inclusiveness for individuals with disabilities. This campaign encourages businesses, organisations and individuals to better understand the challenges faced by disabled people and take meaningful action toward creating a more accessible and inclusive world.
Accessibility isn’t a privilege – it’s a fundamental right. Barriers to access can severely impact people’s ability to work, study, socialise and engage in daily life. National Access Day highlights these challenges and fosters conversations that drive real change.
