The Leasing Foundation’s EDI Group invites you to join us for Defining Moments – a powerful and honest conversation about what it means to be a woman in the asset finance industry.
We’ll explore the pivotal decisions, trade-offs and challenges that shape our careers. What barriers do we encounter? And more importantly, how do we move past them?
This interactive virtual session will feature a panel of inspiring role models from across the industry, each at different stages of their career. Panellists will be announced leading up to the event. Following the panel, we’ll move into breakout rooms where you’ll have the chance to share your own insights and experiences.
Your contributions will directly help shape the Leasing Foundation’s ‘Gender’ workstream, with an exciting launch planned for Q4 2025.
Our panellists:
Oonagh McHugh, Alfa Financial Software – Oonagh has over 30 years’ experience in the asset finance industry.
