About this event
The Leasing Foundation’s first innovation academy is focused on behaviour. We are hosting a breakfast seminar that will be split into two parts.
First, irst, we will be introduced to the science by Matt Ashford, innovation practice director from Go Beyond. Why do we fight change? Why is change so scary? Why do we choose the old way over the new? We’ll look at the behavioural science behind how people approach change, shedding some light on how to approach introducing change and handling any resistance.
This will be followed by a fireside chat around the common challenges we face when dealing with change/ innovation. With challenges, comes solutions and we are excited to hear our speakers’ different experiences. The fireside chat will feature:

- Mariana Vidal (Acquis)
After the talk, there will be a chance to network with the speakers and other people in the industry with tea or coffee and some pastries.
