An evening of conversation, insight and practical action.
The Leasing Foundation is proud to introduce its Gender Programme, a new initiative designed to create space for honest dialogue, shared learning and meaningful progress across the asset finance industry.
Moments That Matter marks the official launch of the programme and brings together professionals from across the sector to reflect on the experiences, decisions and turning points that shape careers and cultures. The session is open to all genders and welcomes anyone who wants to take part in building a more inclusive and supportive industry.

Why attend
The Gender Programme is built around practical action rather than theory. It aims to support career development, strengthen networks and provide useful resources that organisations and individuals can apply straight away. Whether you are early in your career or a senior leader, your voice and experience matter.
We actively encourage attendees to bring a colleague of a different gender to widen the conversation and ensure a balanced, open exchange of views.
All guests should register in advance. Spaces are limited.
Many thanks to Shoosmiths for hosting the event and to Funding Xchange for supporting the Leasing Foundation’s EDI work.
