In October 2025, Isaac Kennedy, product owner at Novuna Business Finance, will take on the epic challenge of cycling from London to Paris in the AFPA Trust BIG Cycle – all to raise money for Coach Core, The Leasing Foundation’s 2025/26 charity partner.

Thanks to the AFPA Trust’s generosity in providing Isaac with a fully funded place, every penny raised will go directly to Coach Core – an award-winning charity that helps young people facing barriers and discrimination into meaningful education and employment through sports apprenticeships. By taking 16–24-year-olds who are not in education, employment, or training, and placing them in paid sports coaching apprenticeships, Coach Core equips them with vital qualifications, real-world work experience and a pathway to a brighter future.
Over four days (1-5 October), Isaac will cycle from the heart of London to the iconic streets of Paris, alongside riders from across the asset finance industry. The BIG Cycle is the industry’s largest-ever organised charity ride, bringing people together for an unforgettable combination of challenge, camaraderie and cause.
By supporting Isaac’s ride, you’re not just backing a huge personal challenge – you’re helping change young lives.
Please donate whatever you can to help us power Coach Core’s work and make sure more young people can access opportunities, skills, and careers they deserve.
Thank you for your support – and thank you again to the AFPA Trust for making this possible.
About Isaac Kennedy
Isaac (27 and orginally from Wiltshire) lives in London and works as a product owner at Novuna Business Finance. Sport has always been a huge part of his life, helping him unwind, stay healthy and connect with others. He’s completed several long-distance bikepacking trips across Europe and last year cycled to Paris for charity – the perfect way to combine his passion for sport with making a difference.
Isaac says: “Coach Core’s apprenticeship scheme really stood out to me. It tackles barriers such as discrimination and lack of opportunity for young people, using sport as a powerful tool for change. Supporting this incredible cause while taking on a personal challenge feels like the perfect combination.”
