About this Leasing Foundation Innovation Initiative event
The Leasing Foundation is hosting its first Academy event of 2024. This is an afternoon seminar where we will open the floor to the audience with a view to sharing ideas around how to build an innovative culture. Our speakers hold a vast amount of experience on this topic.
The session will be run on 17 June, 3-5pm at Metro Bank in Holborn, London with an opportunity for networking afterwards.

Jed Griffiths – chief digital officer (Microsoft UK)
Jed has a 20-year background in R&D, engineering, national security, organisational change and innovation and joined Microsoft as chief digital officer in March 2022. Jed’s role is to champion Microsoft’s strategic technology and platforms, promoting digital transformation benefits for UK enterprises and drive strategies to strengthen Microsoft’s position as a trusted partner for co-innovation. He is passionate about human-centred innovation and the digitally-augmented human. Jed supports the UK’s Institute of Physics on matters of business innovation and growth and mentors technology start-ups in fields such as deeptech and adversarial AI.
Daniel Burton – senior manager, Innovation Advisory KPMG
Daniels is a driven leader with a proven record of driving performance and managing teams. He focuses on diverse and inclusive ways of working, and excel in building strong networks and relationships.
