The Leasing Foundation has announced the launch of The Leasing Foundation Cup taking place on 14 May 2026 at Powerleague Waterloo in London.
The mixed netball tournament aims to bring together professionals from across the asset finance sector in a more inclusive sporting format, while raising more than £10,000 for charity partner Coach Core Foundation.
The event will feature 7-a-side mixed netball teams, with a maximum of three men on court at any one time, encouraging broad participation from across the industry.
A major highlight of the day will be the attendance of Eboni Usoro-Brown, a Coach Core Foundation ambassador, who will support the event. Usoro-Brown, who has 117 England caps and a Commonwealth Games gold medal, is also president of England Netball.
Participants will also have the opportunity to enhance their teams during the group stages through a series of fundraising initiatives, including the chance to have Usoro-Brown play or coach, or to bring in county-level players.
The event will also include a shoot the hoop competition and post-event drinks, creating further opportunities for networking and community engagement.
James Lovett, co-lead of the Leasing Foundation Giving Channel, said: “This is about bringing the industry together in a different way. We wanted to create something that feels inclusive, a bit competitive and, most importantly, fun. If we can do that while raising meaningful funds for Coach Core Foundation and supporting the work they do with young people, then that’s a great outcome. It’s also incredible that Ebony is going to be part of this initiative. I’m looking forward to seeing teams from across the sector getting involved.”
Teams are priced at £650 + VAT, with options available for organisations to sponsor teams if they are unable to field a full squad.

Funds raised from the event will support Coach Core Foundation’s work using sport and apprenticeships to help young people facing barriers access training, employment and brighter futures.
